The pet coat is of a loose fit, but the material is non-stretchy. If your pet is in-between sizes, it is suggested to go one size up.
Size reference: Yang Yang, 10.5 lb Pomeranian. Neck 14", Chest 20". Both sizes M and L fit, but his coat is a bit thick so L is more comfortable for him.
